Daily Reflection #16

Title: The Logistics of Transition: Managing the ‘Big Flow’ of Life

Today and tomorrow, my focus is shifted toward the intricate process of selling my old vehicle and acquiring a new one. While the concept of buying and selling sounds simple, the actual procedures—handling insurance periods, registration, and documentation—are quite extensive.

As a project manager in the IT industry, I often compare these life transitions to a major system migration. It requires meticulous preparation and the discipline to ensure nothing is missed. However, the real wisdom lies in how we handle the unexpected. I’ve learned to accept and even enjoy the “small changes” and minor hiccups that occur within the “Big Flow” of my plans.

To those using my daily notes to study Korean: notice words like 매도 (selling) and 매입 (buying). They are formal terms often used in business and law, reflecting the serious yet grateful attitude we should have toward our resources. I am truly thankful that my reflections can assist in your language journey.

Whether it’s a car or a new software project, the essence is the same: stay focused on the details, but never lose sight of the horizon. I am ready to embrace this change with a steady hand and an open mind.
