Title: The Encyclopedia of Family Joy: Why My Health is My Top Priority
Today, while browsing at the library, I came across an “Exercise Encyclopedia”. I was genuinely surprised by the sheer variety of ways we can move our bodies. But as I flipped through the pages, my thoughts didn’t stay on the techniques for long. Instead, I started imagining my family.
I wondered, “How many of these activities could I enjoy together with my wife and children?” Whether it’s a new type of hiking, a ball game, or a simple stretching routine, I want to be the kind of father who is always ready to participate, not just watch from the sidelines.
As an IT manager who deals with complex systems, I know that even the best software needs reliable hardware to run. In my life, my health is that hardware. To continue building a sustainable and vibrant future for Yuan and Chae-E, I realized I need to be even more disciplined about my physical well-being.
Health management is no longer just a personal goal for me; it is a vital part of my “mid-to-long-term plan” for family happiness. I am committed to taking better care of myself so that I can keep up with the boundless energy of my children and create countless more active memories together. Let’s start this new “exercise project” with focus and consistency.
